Prior to Wedding Day:
*Meet with Bride & Groom.
*Review vendor contact list.
*Contact major wedding vendors.
 to coordinate (photographer, decorators, DJ/band, caterers, etc.).
*Help direct rehearsal.
*Distribute itinerary.

On the Wedding Day
*Finalize reception hall, set our place cards, centerpieces & seating chart.
*Make sure decorators & other vendors are on schedule.
*Pick up flowers and pin on appropriate family members.
*Cue wedding party down the aisle, straighten dresses, and adjust veil (as required).
*Coordinate people for wedding pictures.
*Take care of guests with special needs and dietary restrictions.
*Manage gift table.
*Solve all problems that arise so the couple can enjoy their special day :).
$750.00 plus HST
